1. Returns & Exchanges
Since each product is made to order, we do not offer refunds. However, if your print arrives damaged, we are happy to replace it.
To request an exchange due to damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo documentation of the artwork and packaging.
2. Custom Orders & Limited Editions
All sales are final for commissioned works and limited-edition prints. If an issue arises, we are committed to working toward a solution.
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
If the issue is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
If damage occurs after unboxing, we are not responsible for replacements.
4. Missing Orders
We are not responsible for stolen or missing artworks once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Claims for missing orders must be made within 48 hours of the documented delivery date.
