Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Since each product is made to order, we do not offer refunds. However, if your print arrives damaged, we are happy to replace it.

  • To request an exchange due to damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo documentation of the artwork and packaging.


2. Custom Orders & Limited Editions

  • All sales are final for commissioned works and limited-edition prints. If an issue arises, we are committed to working toward a solution.


3. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the issue is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • If damage occurs after unboxing, we are not responsible for replacements.


4. Missing Orders

  • We are not responsible for stolen or missing artworks once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • Claims for missing orders must be made within 48 hours of the documented delivery date.
