• Once artwork has been delivered and unboxed, you assume full responsibility for its care. Any damages occurring post-unboxing will not be covered.

• We are not liable for stolen or missing orders after confirmed delivery. If an order is reported as missing, claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the documented delivery date.
